What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you're interested in, and your message. We also automatically log the IP address and a browser fingerprint associated with your submission.

Why we collect it

Contact form details are used only to respond to your inquiry. The IP address and browser fingerprint are used solely to prevent spam and abuse of the contact form - for example, blocking repeat spam submissions - and are never used to track your browsing activity or build an advertising profile.

What we don't do

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers (such as Google Analytics or ad pixels) on this site.

Cookies

This site sets a cookie only when our staff log in to the admin panel; it is not used to track visitors. Fonts, icons, styles and scripts are all served from this site rather than from a third-party content delivery network. The one exception is Google reCAPTCHA, which runs on our contact form and our staff sign-in page to tell real submissions from automated ones; Google receives your IP address and basic request information when that check runs, and may set its own cookies to perform it. It is not present on any other page.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are stored until a staff member removes them.

If you'd like us to delete information you've submitted through our contact form, just let us know using the contact information below and we'll take care of it.
